Harris Interactive and Google Launch A New Self-Service Market Research Offering
NEW YORK, NY and MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, September 18, 2012 - Harris Interactive Inc. (NASDAQ: HPOL) today announced a first of its kind collaboration with Google's recently launched Google Consumer Surveys to offer a new choice for consumers of market research. Google Consumer Surveys and the Harris Poll have partnered to develop and bring to market a new product that allows businesses, both large and small, to compare themselves to industry benchmarks at a fraction of the cost of traditional market research. On an ongoing basis, industry benchmarks will be collected and delivered, free of charge, within the Harris Poll and Google Consumer Surveys platform.
