Steve Evans returns to Harris Interactive


September 23, 2008 – Harris Interactive, one of the world’s leading market research providers, has appointed Steve Evans to the position of Research Director. Evans previously spent nine years at Harris Interactive and, following a two-year absence, has decided to return.

In his new role, Evans will be responsible for providing research services to major music, film and entertainment companies, and will bring insight from his considerable understanding of the modern, digital consumer to a wider range of clients in Harris Interactive’s recently merged Technology, Media and Telecoms division (TMT).

Evans rejoins Harris Interactive from Entertainment Media Research, where he was Director of Research. A music, film and entertainment research specialist, Evans spearheaded projects on behalf of high-profile artists and major media companies, and was involved in a variety of projects including: entertainment and brand partnership scoping; concept testing and launch strategies; the use of music to increase brand’s advertising and retail effectiveness; artist profiling for major record labels; and media consumption profiling.
