Trevor Godman appointed as Research Director
November 27, 2008 Harris Interactive, one of the world’s leading market research providers, has appointed Trevor Godman as a Research Director to join its recently merged Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) team. In his new role, Trevor will be responsible for handling one of our largest accounts.
Godman has 12 years of experience in the industry and his most recent role was as an Account Director at Millward Brown where he was responsible for tracking the health of customer relationships and brand evaluation for a major global bank across their business markets.
Prior to this, he worked at BMRB, focusing specifically on tracking the consumer market for a national telecoms company. Godman, a specialist in customer satisfaction/relationship research, also holds a keen interest in ‘uncontrolled media’ including word of mouth, advocacy and consumer generated media.
