Harris Poll Forecast for British Election Close to Result

LONDON—6 May 2005—With a few votes still to be declared, the official result of how the British voted in Thursday’s general election is not yet in; but the latest estimates will be very close to the final numbers. They show a result which is close to the final Harris Poll of 4,116 likely voters conducted online by HI Europe, a subsidiary of Harris Interactive®.

This is the first time Harris Interactive and HI Europe have used their online survey techniques to predict an election outside the United States.
