GIMRA Household and Motor Claims Satisfaction Syndicates 2015/16

Entry is now open for the refreshed research programmes

“This survey has been an invaluable tool for our members in understanding claims service in detail, performance against peers and identifying areas where they can further deliver against their customers' expectations.” – Van Valdez, GIMRA Chair

Winner of the MRS Financial Services Research Award 2012

We’re making a few changes keeping everything that makes GIMRA a success, but refreshing the programmes to reflect the market we operate in today and ensure it stays relevant for the future.

Highlights of the programmes include:

·         Cost effective online trackers with a fixed fee per subscriber

·         Initial qualitative phase to enable questionnaire update

·         All the KPIs you need to measure and compare performance

·         Identify key drivers of overall satisfaction with claims’ service / NPS

·         Understand where to prioritise performance improvement

·         Gain a holistic picture of the relationship claimants have with your brand

·         View up-to-date results via an online portal, updated monthly

·         Full annual debrief with market context and recommendations for improvements.

We know that one size doesn’t fit all – so we’re offering the following options for subscribers:

·         Groups/depths + full 15 minute survey with 400 online interviews

·         Groups/depths + full 15 minute survey with 400 telephone interviews

·         Groups/depths + 5-6 minute KPI only survey (400 online or telephone interviews)

·         Low entry options (qualifying criteria apply) – full 15 minute or KPI only 5-6 minute survey with 200 telephone interviews

·         Supplementary interviews for additional partner/brands can also be included

Subscribers must be / become members of AURA / GIMRA (nominal joining fee).
