Harris Interactive shortlisted for 2011 MRS Research Award

London, 13th October 2011 – Harris Interactive has been shortlisted to receive a 2011 MRS Research Award within the business-to-business research category.
The MRS/BIG Business Research Award recognises outstanding research specifically in the area of business-to-business. To make the shortlist, entrants needed to demonstrate the research quality and vision and its effectiveness and application to the business-to-business sector.
Harris Interactive’s submission was made jointly with the global technology group Invensys Controls, based on a six year partnership of measuring Customer Loyalty/Relationship Health. The submission was judged by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) as worthy of a place in the final, which will take place at the annual MRS Research Awards Dinner on 12th December in London.
Of making the shortlist, Debbie Senior, Senior Consultant in Stakeholder Research at Harris Interactive commented,
